1. What is the date and location of the annual Federal Student Aid Training Conference (FSATC)?
The 2021 Virtual FSATC will be held from Nov. 30 to Dec. 2, 2021, on a virtual platform. For planning your attendance at future conferences, the annual conference is held the week after Thanksgiving from Tuesday to Thursday.

2. Will the Virtual 2021 FSATC be Accessible?
Yes, all sessions will be Closed Captioned, 508 compliant and all the power point presentations can be modified to meet your visual needs.

3. What is the TIME ZONE for the 2021 Virtual FASTC?
All sessions will take place in the Eastern time zone.

4. What browser can I use?
The virtual platform is best viewed in Google Chrome.

5. Do I need any special applications to participate?
No, you don’t, just use the link to be directed to the conference platform: https://2021fsatc.us.chime.live/. However, some stations in the Resource Center will be using Microsoft Teams for demonstrations, attendee interaction, and Q&A. For those stations, a Microsoft Teams link will be provided to you on the platform: just click on the link to attend the session.

6. How do I access the 2021 Virtual FSATC platform?

7. How do I get Microsoft Teams if I want to attend an interactive session in the resource center?
For those stations, a Microsoft Teams link will be provided to you on the platform; just click on the link to attend the session.

8. What do I do if I’ve lost my login credentials for the 2021 FSATC platform?
Refer to the email you received on Nov. 22 mobilesolutions@chime.live that included your credentials. If you can’t locate the email, go to the log in page of the platform at https://2021fsatc.us.chime.live/ and click on “forgot password.”

9. How do I find the training sessions offered and the agenda?

10. What conference materials will I receive?
Since this event is virtual, all the conference information will be posted on the event platform and the conference website.

For further information on certificates please visit https://fsaconferences.ed.gov/faq_certificate.html.

12. How do I update my profile on the event platform?
Click on the Networking Tab to update your profile.

13. How do I connect with other attendees on the event platform?
Click on the Networking tab and then select “connect” to search for other attendees.
