1. What is the date and location of the annual Federal Student Aid Training Conference (FSATC)?
The 2022 Virtual FSATC will be held from Nov. 29 to Dec. 2, 2022, on a virtual platform.

For planning your attendance at future conferences, the annual conference is held the week after Thanksgiving from Tuesday to Friday.

2. How do I access the 2022 Virtual FSATC platform?

3. Will the Virtual 2022 FSATC be Accessible?
Yes, all sessions will be Closed Captioned, 508 compliant and all the PowerPoint presentations can be modified to meet your visual needs.

4. What is the TIME ZONE for the 2022 Virtual FASTC?
All sessions will take place in the Eastern time zone.

5. What browser can I use?
The virtual platform is best viewed in Google Chrome.

6. Do I need any special applications to participate?
No, you don’t. Just use the link provided to be directed to the conference platform: https://2022fsatc.us.chime.live/.

However, some stations in the Exhibit Hall will be using Zoom or Microsoft Teams for demonstrations, attendee interaction, and Q&A. For those stations, a link will be provided to you on the platform; just click on the link to attend the session.

7. How do I get Microsoft Teams if I want to attend an interactive session in the resource center?
For those stations, a Microsoft Teams link will be provided to you on the platform; just click on the link to attend the session.

8. What do I do if I’ve lost my login credentials for the 2022 FSATC platform?
Refer to the email you received on Nov. 22 from mobilesolutions@chime.live that included your credentials. If you can’t locate the email, go to the log in page of the platform at https://2022fsatc.us.chime.live/ and click on “forgot password.”

10. What conference materials will I receive?
Since this event is virtual, all the conference information will be posted on the event platform and the conference website.

11. How do I print my certificate of attendance?
For further information on certificates please visit https://fsaconferences.ed.gov/faq_certificate.html.

12. How do I update my profile on the event platform?
Click on the Networking tab, then My Profile to update your profile.

13. How do I connect with other attendees on the event platform?
Click on the Networking tab to search for other attendees who have opted into participating in networking.

14. I have a question about my registration or discover that I’m not registered. Now what?
If you’re not registered, go to the registration website at https://www.prereg.net/2022/fsatc/ to register for the conference with your email address. For registration questions, please contact: fsatc@prereg.net or call 678-341-3048 for assistance. Customer service is available Monday – Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time.

If you registered before the platform launch date (11/22), you should have received an email from mobilesolutions@chime.live on the launch date (11/22) with your platform username and password.

If you registered after the platform launch date (11/22), a few minutes after successfully registering, you should have received an email from mobilesolutions@chime.live with your platform username and password.

If you have followed either registration step above and have not received an email with your login credentials, please check your spam or junk folders. If the email is not there, then your registration could be incomplete. Please email fsatc@prereg.net or call 678-341-3048 for assistance.
