Like all Federal Student Aid conferences, there is no registration fee for this event, although as a participant you will be responsible for your own travel, meals, and lodging.

If you prefer to contact the hotel directly to make your reservations please call 1-800-325-3535 and reference the "Annual Software Developers Conference."
The room block expires on August 7th. Reservations must be made by August 14th.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests are responsible for paying for their own accommodations. Deposits (taken either in cash or by credit card) are refunded or credited only if notice is received by 4:00pm the day prior to arrival date and a cancellation number must be obtained by guest.

Airport Ground Transportation
Shuttle: If you are flying into Ronald Reagan National Airport, the hotel provides complimentary shuttle service every 30 minutes from 6 AM until 11 PM. Simply call the hotel from the courtesy phones available at each terminal for shuttle pickup.
Taxi: approximately $10.00
Metro from National Airport: the closest Metro station to the Sheraton National Hotel is Pentagon City. Take the yellow line towards Mt. Vernon or the blue line towards Largo Town Center two stops to the Pentagon City Metro Station. There will be a complimentary shuttle service there that will take you directly to the hotel.
Parking: $6.00 daily or $12.00 overnight with in/out privileges
