QA Schools Workshop
A pre-conference workshop for Quality Assurance Schools to brief QA participants on findings from the 2005-06 Data Analysis activities, to discuss the QA Program collaboration with other program integrity initiatives underway in Federal Student Aid. These include the IRS Statistical Studies, Improper Payments, and the IRS match. Hands-On activities will be provided for using the ISIR Analysis Tool to teach participants about the new analysis enhancements to the ISIR Analysis Tool.
Software Developers' Conference
The Federal Student Aid Software Developers' Conference is intended for companies who develop student financial aid software for postsecondary institutions and for postsecondary institutions that develop their own software applications. The purpose is to provide product development information for their software products in support of the administration of the federal student aid programs and for the community to engage in a dialog about future initiatives and technologies.

Software Developers' Conference UPDATE
This is a reminder that the next U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid Software Developers' Conference will be held on October 29, 2006, from 2 :00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Royal Pacific Resort in Orlando, FL, in the Philippine Sea Room.
If you have registered for the Orlando Federal Student Aid Conference, please pick up your registration packet and badge at the Conference registration desk prior to the Software Developers' Conference. If you are only attending the Software Developers' Conference and not the Federal Student Aid Conference, please go to the Federal Student Aid Conference on-site registration desk for a name badge for the Software Developers' Conference.
Federal Student Aid will again be providing a conference call number for any attendee who may wish to call into the Software Developers' Conference instead of attending in person. If you wish to attend via conference call, please email the Federal Student Aid Conference Support team at fsaconferences@ed.gov. The Conference Support Team will email you with the conference call number and instructions.
