Attendees are expected to cover the costs of travel, most meals and lodging. We provide a continental breakfast for all attendees each morning before the General Session.
This year's Las Vegas conference will be held at the Paris Las Vegas and Bally's Las Vegas hotels.
In order to guarantee the conference rate, all room requests must be received on or before Thursday, November 6, 2008 at 5:00p.m. PST.

The rate at the Paris Las Vegas is $118.00 + 9% tax.
To guarantee the conference rate, all reservation requests must be made by Wednesday, November 5th, 2008.

Reserve a room at the Paris Las Vegas
Choose your dates from the drop down boxes. Please Note: You are only capable to book a reservation up to 7 nights. Any stay that is longer than 7 nights will need to be called in to the call center at 1-888-266-5687.
Follow the instructions as you book your reservation. At time of booking your credit card will be charged one nights room rate and tax to guarantee the reservation.
It will then send a confirmation email consisting of what you have requested, such as arrival and departure dates, a confirmation number, and any special requests.
If you prefer to make your reservations at the Paris Las Vegas over the phone, call the reservations department at 1-888-266-5687 and reference the conference attendee code: SPDOE8.
Check-in and Check-out

For late check out, please contact the front desk. Early check-in and late check-out are a possibility upon arrival/departure, based on room availability.
A fee may apply for late check-out. Hotel guests may leave their luggage with the bell desk during their stay. There is no fee for this service.
In the event a guest checks out prior to their reserved check out date, the Hotel will add an early check out fee of $50.00 plus tax to their bill. Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
Changes and Cancellations
To make any changes to your reservation or to cancel your reservation, you will need to contact the Paris Las Vegas call center at 1-888-266-5687.
A 72-hour cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. If you cancel your confirmed reservation within 72 hours, including reservations made within 3 days of your arrival, you will be charged the 1st night's room rate and tax.

Transportation Information
Shuttle/Limousine
A variety of shuttle/limousine services are available at McCarran, and are located on the west side of baggage claim, outside door exits 8-13. Please note that there are both group shuttle and "for-hire" stretch limousine services.
Shuttle fare is between $10 and $12.00 roundtrip
Limousine fare is between $40 and $60.00 one way
Taxi
Taxicabs are available outside on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1-5. Airport personnel are available on the taxi curb to assist passengers.
Taxi fare is approximately $15 one way - CASH ONLY
