Rates and Reservation Procedures

The rate at the Hyatt Regency Dallas is $129.00 + 15% tax.

To guarantee the conference rate, all reservation requests must be made by Wednesday, September 24th, 2008.

Reserve a room at the Dallas Hyatt Regency

Select the dates of your stay, number of rooms, and number of guests and then click the "Search Rooms" button. Once you receive the search results, select the number of rooms you want to reserve and click on the "Book now" button.

Follow the instructions as you book your reservation. A credit card will need to be provided at the time of booking the reservation but it will not be charged unless you are a no-show, or cancel within our cancellation window (see the cancellation section below).

Changes and Cancellations

To make any changes to your reservation or to cancel your reservation, you will need to contact the Hyatt Regency Dallas directly at 214-651-1234, or toll-free at 1-800-233-1234. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.

Transportation Information

Shuttle/Limousine
Airport Shuttle Service Super Shuttle provides shuttle service for guests of Hyatt Regency Dallas. Look for the blue van with yellow Super Shuttle on the side. The shuttle may be picked up curbside at both Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW) and Love Field Airports. They depart regularly from both airports, pending full vans. Shuttles to and from Love Field Airport must be prearranged prior to arrival/departure. Return shuttles to either airport may be picked up from the Front Door of the Hyatt. The hours of operation are seven days per week, based on flight times. Reservations are recommended, but not required. The shuttles run on schedule every hour at twenty minutes past the hour and fifty minutes past the hour (starting at 5:20am).

Price is $17.00 one-way. The hours can vary due to occupancy levels. For further information about scheduling from the hotel, please contact guest services.

Taxi
If you wish to take a cab from the airport, estimate $45.00 to or from DFW and $20.00 to or from Love Field. Cab lines may be found curbside outside the baggage claim areas of each airport. A shared cab service is available to major downtown hotels.

Train

Self parking:
Self parking in the outdoor Radish Lot is conveniently located on the north end of the hotel at the intersection of Hotel Street and Reunion Boulevard West. No in and out privileges. Operated by Ace Parking.
